~A Misty morning~

Early in the morning

When red breast robin sings

Her song lures me to the window

I see the silvery green mist

Floating upon the water,

But soon a golden ball

With pink cotton around it

Rises to his daily throne

And casts the silver chains from the silent cloud

Letting it drift away to another far away land

Where it will make more mischief for a

Lonesome fisherman sitting all alone on the water






~ Alaskan Winter ~

Cold and clear

Ouch on my ear

Frost bites my tows,

I hear a cold whip

That stands on the tip

Of blowing right though my clothes

~Things In The Sky~

Diamonds in the sky
Twinkling oh so high
With the biggest diamond of all, dressed like a crystal ball

But there's another that inhabits the sky
The yellow clock  that sails by and by
Looking down on us
Like an eye
