~Strawberry Marshmallow Freeze~
1 cup whipping cream
3 ounces marshmallow whip
3/4 cup your choice crushed berries
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Whip the cream until stiff and fold in marshmallow whip. When these are gently but thoroughly blended, fold in the crushed berries and nuts. Pour into a refrigerator tray and freeze. This easy dessert has a velvety texture and is especially good served between waffles with fruit syrup on top.
Notes,
Okay since I didn't have marshmallow whip I just stuck marshmallows in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then mixed them with the whipping cream. When the dessert was frozen it wasn't perfectly smooth because there was little chunks of marshmallow in it but it tasted so good with the little chunks that I think I'll just use marshmallows from now on.
