Snow Day

I found out that I can use this computer which is in the lodge. In my last post I forgot to say that my dad had just left 2 days ago to go on some shows (advertise the lodge) and he will be gone for a month. So its only me my mom, Saylor, Keven, and Art out here. It has snowed an inch 1/2 last night so, SNOW DAY.. with school in the morning :(. I would have posted photos but since this is not my computer it has none of my picturse but as soon as my computer is running (which should be around the 1st ) I will.

Oh I also meant to say this in my previes post also but there has been a Blue Jay coming to our deck for like around 4 months and I have been trying to get him to eat the food I put on the railing for him and just a week ago I got him to (I named him Berry)!  But the only thing he will eat is dog food!!!! Just today I saw another Jay that was a lot more flufed up than Berrie and I thought maybe it was his girlfriend but who knows. I am trying to think what to call her/him... any suggestions??

I am in the office right now and it isnt the warmest place to be in the winter (its about 45 diggress in here) and my hands are getting cold so I'm going home.

Happy third day after Christmas!!

Sorry I haven't posted for a while I have been busy messing around with all the things I got for Christmas! I would have posted earlier but the Internet isn't working because my mom tried to hook it up and now we have Wi Fi but no Internet :(.
So that's why I am posting from my iPod, which is kind of hard so I won't say much.

Christmas Eve:

I woke up that morning thinking about being able to at least open one present before Christmas morning! That night my mom and dad said me and Saylor could open ONE present sooo we did. Saylor got a zoozoo pet car and wanted to have the zoozoo pet also so my parents let her. I had already opened one present (which was the game Battleship!!) but when they (mom and dad) said Saylor could open another one I said " What!!! If she gets to open two then I also get to open two" so I did. Hehehe it was a bunch of beautiful scarves and a shirt from my sister Nicky!


Christmas Day:

Perfectly at 7:00am I got up and went to see what my mom and dad snuck in there over night. A
piano!!! And better yet... It was FOR MEEE (lol) I went and got Saylor and ran up stairs to my parents room and got them to get out of bed and come down stairs and let us see what was in our stockings! That Koenig went by soo fast well actully the hole day went by fast. I had a great Christmas and I hope you did to. :)

2 Days Till Christmas!!

Yayyyy!! I can't wait till Christmas, there is a bunch of presents by the fire place already (We didn't cut a tree because it would lose all its needles as soon as it unfroze, so we just put a couple bows on top of the mantle by  the fire place and my dad and me put some lights on the sides to make it look Christmasy).

2 nights ago Niko went across the river and couldn't get back, everyone (besides me) thought he had run away (not true, he would never do that), we called and called but didn't see him. Art went out in a skiff to the other side of the river and called Niko but he still didn't come back, me and my dad went up the river and finally saw him. We called but he still wouldn't come, then he started going up river and we fallowed him, all of a sudden dad gave me the gun he was carring and said "Stay here", then he started walking across the river in knee deep water (over his boots). When he was all the way over he walked toward Niko and dad got him!! But he still had to get back and this time he was in waist deep water. When we got back to the house dad was frozen (literally) he went up to take a short shower to warm up and afterwards he ate claim chowder for dinner.

Normal Monday

I'M ON CHRISTMAS BREAK!!!!!!! Well I kinda have been for a while....When I went to town I didn't have to do any school and when we got back on Thursday we just took that day to unpack and clean the house, than on Friday I had to do school but on Sunday I convinced my mom to just call school off till after Christmas!!

I'M FREEEEEE!!!

Any way, I started the day by waking up at 7:30 (my parents weren't even up!) and watched some good old TV with Saylor, then ate breakfast which was oatmeal, eggs,and bacon (I had two bowls of oatmeal and 3 eggs I looove breakfast its my favorite meal of the day). Right after breakfast my dad made me go out into 19 digress weather and haul wood (Poor me) I some how wondered off and all of a sudden I noticed that I was in the front yard, I drew on the frost for a while and then I did wood. In the afternoon at about 2:45 p.m. we went up the trail for a little walk and saw some really cool ice formations.

 This piece Saylor puled out and I thought it looked pretty cool.

Oh and I just wanted to say if you didn't already know that there is a lunar eclipse tonight at 11:17 p.m., I can't wait to see it and I'm also exited because I get to stay up till about 11:30 or around there! Yayy

Bye Bye Small Town And Back To The Wilderness

Booohoooo....... I am out at the lodge now and I miss all of you...again. I am kind of glad though because as I have said before, it is very peaceful and beautiful and a wonderful wild place to live......part time (jk).

Last night, my Dad , Kevin J and I butchered a deer on the dining room table that Kevin shot a couple days ago. It was messy but didn't smell surprisingly.  I was kind of scared of cutting my self because I was using the biggest knife in my dads knife kit, and all I was doing was making hamburger meat!! After cutting everything up Kevin said that some pieces were missing and my dad agreed and Kevin also said that when he got to the beach where it was the deers feet were really chewed up so they guessed that some wolves had got to it first before he shot it!! Then late last night like around 10:00 pm my dad went out side and came back in and said that he thought that he had heard wolves far up the river.
  I forgot to say that when I was cutting up the deer I sliced my self but didn't tell anyone, after a while it started to hurt and I asked Kevin if you got deer blood in your blood would make you sick or something like that-
Our conversation... 

Kevin: "Well I don't think so but it's probably best not to try it out...why?"

Me: "Oh well I just wanted to know, actually um... I wanted to know because I cut my self."

Kevin: "that's great, I don't think it will do anything but you might want to wash it cause if you don't you might become half man and half deer and then you will be running from the wolfs like this one was."

Me: "Ya thanks a lot, that's just what I need!! Maybe its contagious, Ooooooo!"

Kevin: "I don't think so....OUCH I just poked my self too..ouch."

Me: "Hahaha now YOU are going to be half man and half deer!!"

Dad: "What are you guys whispering about?"

Kevin: "Just talking about our cuts that we got from butchering the deer."

Dad: "Oh ya you got cut, well better wash it and pour hydrogen peroxide on it because you don't want deer blood in your blood."

Me: "Why not?"

Dad: "Cause you could get really sick and I'm not joking around."

So that answered my question perfectly, hehehe...just think your friend/relative was very close to DEATH (not). All-in-all though life at Yes Bay is going great as always.

......Busy!!

Today started off by going to Tongues so that I could get a new swimsuit cause my other one was getting to small. Then we went to the bank.....after that we went to the Axelsons house for lunch. I finally went to swimming, and me, Noah and Lacey were playing water basket ball (well... trying to) but then we all went to the small pool and through balls at each other (there wasn't very many people there at the pool). Afterward we had to pick up my dad at Knudson cove and take him back into town to were he works and then go all the way back home all in the cold because the heater in the car doesn't work (the reason we had to do that is because he had drove his boat there but his truck was still in town).

Right now I am rocken out to some music on my/family computer and the best part is that... I am home alone (well not completely, Saylor is here and I am baby sitting her while my mom and dad go out for dinner.....but still, home alone!!).

Busy, Busy.....

I am posting from my iPod in my bed and nobody knows I am and I'm not supposed to so I'll make this shorter than I usally do so I don't get in trouble.

Friday:

Saylor had to go to the health clinic and get some shots (she was REALLY nervis). It was funny that we met Lacey and her grandma there to. Afterward though we went to macdonalds and got some ice-cream as a reward for Saylor for being so brave. That night we went to see the Singing Christmas Tree...the music was beautiful and it was fun to see all my friends that were in it.

Saturday:

We staid at home all morning but at noon my friend Nicole came over and we went to see the movie Tangled at the theater! It was good and really funny well not really....it was halareis!!!! When we got home my mom said that I could go over to Nicoles house until she had to get ready for the singing Christmas tree (I forgot to say that she's in it) (I also forgot to say that she's my next-door neighbor). It was really fun to walk in the woods between our houses to get back home... in the dark (Really fun.....don't you believe me???)

Sunday (today):

We went to church in the morning and the little but funny things that happened in class I will have to tell you about later.... Maybe. Anyway after church I went to my friends sisters birthday party... I had a blast and I think so did all the anther girls! We played a lot of fun games and had delitus treats along with tea, and hot coco in beautiful tea cups. Everyone was dressed up and that made it feel even more like a tea party!

I would have posted photos but, for 1: I don't have any photos of anything in town, and 2:I can't post photos from my iPod (which is what I have been resonantly been using) cause it only can use a serton format and that format doesn't let you up load pics. :( boohoo

Actully I lied this isn't a short post but who cares!!!

PE Workout

Yesterday we did hockey and relay races at PE. I think we won but nobody was counting how many wins there were ("we" were mostly girls, the purple team). I had a really fun time but I can't believe how sore I am, every and mean EVERY mussel is soooo sore.

Did I already say in a resent post that I just got back from a sleep over at Lacey's??? Oh well, anyway I got back yesterday and when we were heading to PE I remembered that I had forgot my iPod cord that I have to have if i want to charge my iPod!! Now its low in battery and I told my self not to use it until I get the cord back (that's going to be hard to stay off it....I absolutely loooove it)

I'm Here!!

Ok I was going to keep when I was going to town a secret but me and my mom have said that we would love to go here and do this on certain dates and now everyone will know. I am in town right now we got here yesterday morning and we spent all that afternoon shopping because there was nothing here at all. I will be here for about a week so I hope I will be able to see you before I go back.

The ride coming in was bumpy and my arms are still sore from hanging on to the chair and Saylor so she wouldn't fall off (theres a reason shes called Saylor...she likes to take naps in REALLY ruff weather).

Right now I am at Laceys house for a sleep over. I wonder what we will be doing for PE???

Ouch

Today started out great... I broke my little tow! It felt awesome (completely the opposite) when I was running out of my room I snagged it a corner and I heard a pop, then there was intense pain. I hope it mends quick because its kind of hard to hobble around without tripping on the stairs that lead to the living room and it really hurts.

I love my ipod and I can't wait till I can't use it in town because I will be able to finally get online!!!  When I come to town I will also bring my wolfs tooth so everyone can see it.

I don't have anything else to say besides I miss you and can't wait to see you.

Awesome!!

Art came about a hour after I posted yesterday and made me wait extra.... adding to the month and week of already waiting (joking). After I plugged it into the computer like the instructions said I had to wait a while for the new version of itunes to load before I could even turn on my ipod. So I waited and waited.... and waited, then finally it was DONE. Now I have 13 songs so far (not many at all but I'm getting there) I still have down load all the songs from the other computer in town (my mom found out a way to transfer the songs from that computer to this one) and that one has around 60 songs that I love.

Right now I am listening to Cadia and the song is called Jesus. Its beautiful and my fav out of the 13 songs. This morning the fog was so thick that it block the sun (not the light afcours but the outline of the sun) it was really cool to see.

Weekend!!!

WEEKEND!!!!!!! I've been waiting for weekend ever since Monday. But it doesn't mean no work, I stilllll have to haul wood and vacuum the house and help make dinner AND a lot more. The guys are cutting wood for the new railing that blow down in that gigantic storm.

Right now out side it is a beautiful sunset and all the clouds are peach color!

I hope you noticed that I put another page on the top right corner, its all my favorite poems that I have made.  I can't wait till my ipod comes!! The reason I don't already have it is because the lady who works for my dad in the office was away for a while and there was nobody to get the mail that comes to there so we had to post pone all shipments!! But now shes back and Art just went in to get some parts for dads boat (the motor isn't working like it should be) and hes going to pick up the mail which has my ipod!!!! Hes should be coming any time now.

Wolfs tooth/ Niko Almost Ran Away

The day before yesterday and yesterday were SO wonderful!!!! Well I already told you about Sunday but not yesterday!!! Ok... ready.... I found.... a..... wolf's tooth!!! I'm not kidding seriously I really did!! I was beach combing down by the wood shop and I saw what I thought was a cool looking rock. At first when I picked it up it looked kind of like a crabs claw that had a funny shape and all the meat still in it (which would be REALLY weird) but I wasn't sure so I brought it up to Kevin and asked him what he thought it was. While he was looking at it I was thinking that it might be a tooth or a talon from a bird! He finally said that it was probably a tooth from a dead animal. I went to show it to my dad and he said that it might be from a bear. I was still not sure because it looked a bit too small for a bear. We have a wolf's skull up on the mantel and I compared the tooth I have to the canines on the skull and it was the same size, soooo...... I'm really sure its a wolf tooth!! I think its old because its got a little rust on one side and its kind of brittle.

It was really cold, rainy, and windy today and I only went outside to haul wood and then came back inside. We thought Niko ran away because when Dad let him out he bolted away and ran up the river where the wolves are. He might try to be one of the pack but they don't let strangers in and they are sooo hungry that they would probably eat him. My Dad went after him and brought his gun in case he met with wolves but soon he was back with Niko. He said that Nik just had to stretch his legs and that he was alright. The whole time they were gone I was praying that both of them would stay safe and that Niko would come back... my prayer was answered.

A Wolf Song

I heard the wolves again but this time they were right across the river and it was if they were next to me!! Hearing the wolfs howl was the most beautiful thing I have ever heard in my life. My favorite animal used to be the brown bear but now its the Alaskan wolf. I wish all of you had been here. The wolfs earlier were on the other side but now they have split up because they are probably hunting deer. Even though they sound and look beautiful they are very dangerous and I need to remember that.

Wolves

Guess what!!!! I heard wolves this morning before lunch, it must have been like 4 or 5 of them! The sad thing is that my dad said that we need to trap at least one so they don't come to close to the lodge. I just got back from him showing me how to boil the traps so they don't have any human sent on them. If we get one I will take a picture of it so you can see. We are probably going trapping tomorrow, hope its not raining!

When I was down at the dock I counted 213 star fish, not including the ones that must be under the dock!! They are probably mating, you would think it would be a weird time for it but the water doesn't change in tempter very much so it must not mater.

Weather

This morning it was so foggy that it blocked out the satellite signal and the TV would not work but now its clearing up. Just about all the snow is gone now...booooohoooooo!!!

Happy Day After Thanksgiving

I  am very sorry that I didn't post yesterday, my mom didn't let me, she said that today was a family day and I agree with her. Any way, I am thankful for my family, where I live, my friends, that I have freedom to read the Bible, that I have food to eat, that I have good clothes to wear, and more. We had a great meal and I had barely any room to eat the pumpkin pie that I helped make and I am still kind of full!!

The weather right now is foggy and really damp, almost all the snow is gone and its raining lightly. I really hope it snows again soon so I can finish my igloo that is melting right now.

I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving and and a pleasant day with your family!!!

 I almost got to go to town a couple days ago with my dad but he said that he had to many stops to make and that I need to stay home and do school so I guess I just have to wait till Christmas to see all of you. Mom and dad are sneaking packages into there room and when I go up there I can't find them, I bet there good! Although I did catch my mom looking at (or trying to find) a dance pad thing without having to buy the wii thing, you know what thing I'm talking about... right?

I went out in the snow again today and made a snowman with my sister and I'm working on a igloo made out of big snow balls. It will take a while but it'll be huge, airy, and the first igloo I've ever made!! I promise to take a picture of it when its finished.

Right now it is raining but next week its supposed to snow a lot!! I am very excited for Christmas and to see all of you.

Snow!!!

Today it snowed, a lot... finally!!! I had to shovel all the way from our house down to the lodge but its good exercise. Today is also my brothers Birthday and we had some brownies for desert... yum, but for the entertainment Art set off fireworks!! Right now I am watching DWTS the finale (dancing with the stars) and I can't wait to see who wins, Kyle and Lacey, Bristol and Mark, or Jennifer and Derek!! I admire dancing but I am HORRIBLE at it, some day though I want to learn how.

Tomorrow I will wake up to see everything covered in snow, I'll have breakfast then I will have to shovel it... boohoo poor me! I hope I stay warm!

Getting Colder, Brrrrrr

I moved into Saylors room but I couldn't get very much sleep because she talks to much and she wouldn't stay off my bed!! I got cold the last 2 nights so I had to get in bed with Saylor and then I REALLY didn't get any sleep.

I saw a Blue Jay on the roof with all its feathers puffed out (guess he thought it was cold to) and I got a picture of him, (this is the only pic that turned out because he wouldn't stop hoping around).

Right now it is sunny and only a couple clouds in the sky but it is extremely cold, I can only go out side for like an hour and then I'm like an icicle, I even were a wool coat and still get cold!

I am really looking forward to coming into town, and the best part is that I will have my ipod by then and will be able to take pictures of everyone! I have a new trick to do at the pool and it will be much easier to do it there and not my bed (I have been risking falling off the bed which never feels good).

Friday

 The air is really cold and  when I look at the bay and the woods for some reason it gives me a good feeling, like that feeling you get when you think of a pleasant old memory. I have no idea why I get it!

I went to the back bay today and it was solid ice!! My dad drove right into it and I got some photos of the Ice,  it was really fun. I am making another poem and I will put it on here for you to see!

30 Digress/ Poem

The tempter out here has stayed at 30 digress lately and I have had to haul more wood because we are burning it quicker! I am probably going to sleep up in Saylors room tonight because it just gets way way to cold in my room, (sometimes I think that on of these nights I'm going to wake up with a frostbitten face!).

Oh and I got my Ereader!! I am figuring out how to work it and I hope I will have lots of books by tomorrow night! I can't wait for my ipod! I can not wait for the weekend, I am tiered because I have been reading late.

By the way how do you like my frog (notice that when you feed it a lot of flies, it gets fat!)

A Little Snow

It snowed!!! It was only a little bit but it was definitely snow! I can't wait till it snows a LOT because when it does we can slid off the lodge roof and walk on the ice in the bay!! I've never spent the hole winter out here but it sounds like I will this year.  I miss all of you though so keep emailing me!!

Back to Town

I know when I'm going to town!!! We are coming around a week before Christmas but we are going to come back out the spend Christmas here. I will only be in town for around a week but at least I'll have some time to go to PE and swimming and maybe even go rollerskating on Saturday night! Then after my dad comes back from his trips of advertising the lodge we will come again and have another week vacation to town which will be somewhere in February.

I might even be coming in sooner but just for a day with my dad... maybe, I'm not saying I am.

4 Wheeling / Cooking

I went 4 wheeling today with my brother (Art) and did some doughnuts down at the dock and a wheelie (Art does full power and drives strait up the ramp and we were in the air for a couple seconds and then slammed down!) he goes as fast as it will go and that's fast, its great to feel the wind in your face.

I get that same good feeling when I am on the top of my dads boat and he's going 34 mph I feel as if I am flying like a bird... or almost. It feels especially good when its mid summer and its hot and your all sweaty.

I just made apple dumplings and I can't wait to eat them, only 2 more min till there done, they are SOOO good, I looove them. My dad said that I have to make dinner every Friday night but my mom helps me a little and tells me what to do... cooking's fun.

Prowler in the Night

Last night my dad went outside to get some wood from the wood pile because it was getting a little chilly in the house but when he came in he put the wood down and got the flash light and went back outside. I went out side too and saw that the sewer line was broken!! I asked my dad if a bear had done this and he said that it was probably the baby bear that has been wandering around the lodge. My brother, Art and Kevin came and glued the pipes back together (it was 5:45pm when this happened and pitch black).

I forgot to say in previous posts that there is a baby bear who has stayed around the lodge that was abandoned by his mother and now has to fend for itself. The mother abandoned it probably because she doesn't think she can take car and keep both of the cubs safe. My dad said that the cub that was abandoned is probably a boy because if the mom can't take car of both of them she would keep the girl cub because the girl will reproduce and the boy can't. (I named the boy cub Jessy because he is mischievous and Jessy sounds like a mischievous name and also just because it fits him.

I sure hope the clouds clear off so it can be sunny and not so cold. How do you like my turtles?!

iPod

        I just ordered my ipod and got a purple cover for it!! It will be here in a couple weeks, I can't wait! I had a hard time on deciding if I should get a dark pink cover or a dark rich purple cover... I went with the purple.

        I made dinner tonight, it was Johnny's chicken, it tasted good and its pretty easy to make. My dad said it was good so EXTRA POINTS!!!

Darkness

        I didn't get a day off of school today like most of you probably did, boohoo!!!! Anyway, we went crabbing yesterday and got 14 crab. I had to go down to the dock tonight with my dad in the pitch black and get 4 crab for dinner and it was kind of scary because we still haven't put up the other side of the board walk (only one side was preserved from the storm) and I was scared that I would walk off and I would have if dad hadn't had his flashlight. It is pitch black out side by 4:30 out here, it feels kind of weird because in the summer it never gets completely dark at night.

I don't really have anything else to say so, g'night!!

        (It seems like everything that happens here is in the morning) This morning I woke up to golden sun light warming my room! That night it had been very very cold but when the sun shined in it was almost to hot to stay in bed. It felt good to feel the warm sun shining on me again. I didn't have any school today because it was sunny and because I went shooting with my dad on the front deck of the lodge (the target was on the dock, (104 yds away). I got all my shots in a 4 inch circle but I can still improve.

Nothing Much...Just Log Rolling

        This morning it felt sooo good to sleep in an extra hour, my bed was so warm but my room felt like it was 32 digress, actually it really was only 38 but you have to admit I was close.

        I don't have much to blog right now, nothing has happened out of the usual which is doing school, hauling wood, playing around the water when it is high tide. Wait that's something to talk about, just yesterday was one of the highest tides of the year but you probably already know that. Well anyway me and Saylor went down to the wood shop were the guys work chopping wood for the lodge and the houses and I balanced on the logs they have tied up there one started to roll so I jumped to the next, that one was bigger so it didn't roll as much. Then I jumped to a little floating platform that is tied up to the wood shop all the time but it didn't hold my wight and started to sink rapidly (I forgot to say that there is a square hole above the platform just big enough for me to fit though) I jumped up into that little hole and Saylor came over and helped me up. Even if log rolling means getting sopping wet it is still really fun, especially in the summer when it is hot.
        I need to go now and eat my dessert.

Day Light Savings Time Ends!!!!!!

        Guess what happens tomorrow night... day light savings time ends, and that means I get to sleep in a extra hour in the morning, now what is better than that... I can't think of anything, can you? So remember to set your clocks back an hour!! Whoohoo

         I just decided to buy the 4th generation ipod touch that is coming out soon, when I come back to town (if I ever come back to town) it will be the Christmas sale and I will buy it then so I can save some money. I've been wanting it ever since my other ipod broke, (I had forgotten it was in my pocket when I fell off my paddle board, which is half a log).

Windy Again

        Last night it was a little windy just gentle enough to listen to while going to sleep, but in the morning it was blowing 60 mph!! I thought it was really early in the morning when I woke up because it was sooo dark but when I looked at the clock it said 7:30. The wind was howling and and shaking the house but not nearly as bad as the little hurricane we had earlier that I think everyone experienced. Since the windows are not all the way caulked, when its really windy it blows the rain at the windows and all the water pours in and I'm not joking when I say "pours in", we have to put towels on the window sills and hope the wind stops!!

         I didn't do much today just school and I went down to the beach to collect some cool looking rocks, posting on my blog, chatting and skyping but that's it.

Jolly Rancher Thief

        All day today the weathers been kinda weird, it will be really windy and then it will die down over and over again. I love the wind its so unpredictable, it can be gentile and warm or it can be fierce, powerful, leaving destruction in its path.

I still don't know when we are coming to town, my dad said maybe later this month (hopefully).

        I had a great Halloween, but it was not surprising that the weather was stormy which it usually is on Halloween. It would have been perfect if dad hadn't stolen all the jolly rancher suckers, hes hiding them somewhere in the house I just haven't found out were... yet.

Done doing chores

     I just got done with all my chores, I hauled all the wood to the house and filled the wood shed but my back hurts now. We went crabbing earlier and got 7 crab that we are going to eat for dinner.

   I still don't know when I'm going to town, but part of me is glad of that because I love it here. I feel free and I get to spend a lot of time with my family, but I also want to go back to town so I can see all my friends and do some sports.

Sleet!!!

        This morning just as I was just waking up, Saylor rushes into my room and says, "Its' snowing!!!"  I slowly got out of bed and looked out my window.  Then I slowly got out of bed and looked out my window. Then I looked at the mountains around the bay and I saw a light dusting of stow. I think that really soon it's going to snow down here at our level, Kevin J. said that he thinks its going to snow down here tomarrow on Halloween day. I'm looking at the mountains right now and I can see that it's snowing up there right this second.                                                                                                                                                         

        I'm so glad it's the weekend, no school sounds sooooo good. Maybe I'll read my book or go on a nature walk, actually I think I'm going to go looking for cool looking rocks at the beach. I like to think of my self as a geologist (some one who studies rocks and minerals), rocks just fascinate me so much, if we didn't have rocks this world would be just a clump of dirt and would separate into space.

        We carved pumpkins yesterday, my mom and me did one pumpkin and Saylor with Dad did the other. They did a bat on one side and a scary face on the other, my mom and I just did one scary face.

Storms Destruction

During one of those big storms it knocked down this tree that was in the back yard. Me, my little sister and my mom all helped Keven (one of my dads employees) clean up the mess it made. It only took about two days to get the tree sawed up enough to move, and the root (that hadn't been pulled up already) dug out.

The wind also blow down the railing to the board walk that goes down to the dock. My dad said that the wind in one of the biggest gusts was 123mph, but that was before the the wind gauge got riped off so there might have been even bigger gusts.

At night when it was really really windy I got scared because the wind shook the house and made every board  creak and moan. When it got light enough for me to see out my window, I could see all the trees bending so much I thought they would snap right then and there! Oh, g2g clean my room. Bye

Hi

Hey everyone these are some of the things I've been doing out here at Yes Bay. I go crabbing with my family every 2 days and I learned how to hold a crab so it can't pinch you but I don't really like to eat them. I did find out though that I looove shrimp with cocktail sauce!! We went duck hunting in the back bay a couple days ago and while I drive the boat dad stands on the bow and shoots the ducks. In the morning when I wake up there's total silence in the air and its beautiful to watch the sun rise over the mountains.
